• Sync Time-off

One important aspect of managing teams is tracking employee time off, which includes vacation days, sick leave, and other absences. To make this process more efficient and accurate, you can configure this integration to automatically sync employee time off from Hibob to Deel. This integration enables HR teams to manage employee time off in a centralized system, and have that information automatically reflected in Deel without the need for manual data entry or duplicate effort.

• Sync One-time-payments

Hibob supports OTP options such as Variable Pay and Entitlements. This integration allows clients who have their employees log this information in their HRIS to have it synced to Deel via their integration. The goal of this solution is to allow customers to sync one-time-payments such as performance bonuses, end-of-year bonuses, etc., and in this way remove the process of adding that data manually into Deel.
