Beyond helping you find the information or expert you need within your company, this connects people with expertise by sync'ing your HR data with Guru to ensure you have the latest employee data, such as department, location, and reporting structure in Guru. After integrating, in Guru you'll be able to see your org chart, along with specific employee profiles with this sync.
How it works
- Navigate to Team Settings, Apps & Integrations, and click the HRIS syncs tab.
- Click the Set Up HRIS Sync button.
- Choose your Deel and follow the prompts. The exact steps to set up your sync will depend on which HRIS your organization uses.
- Click Submit to confirm your choices and enable the sync. You'll see a confirmation message on the HRIS syncs tab clarifying which profile fields will be synced, as well as the options to Edit sync or Disable sync.
