The Workable-Deel integration allows for automatic transfer of candidate information from Workable to Deel, enabling the creation of draft contracts directly within Deel. This process begins when a candidate is marked for hire in Workable, utilizing custom fields to specify contract types and initiating draft contract creation in Deel upon candidate status updates.
Integrating Deel + Workable allows: Automatic data mapping from Workable to Deel contract fields. Customizable settings for when to create contracts—either at the offer stage or upon hiring. Email notification settings to alert about integration status and any authentication issues.
